    • Strong enthusiasm for supply chain management and process improvement.
    • Exhibit maturity, responsibility, and leadership qualities.
    • Physical capability to push and pull objects weighing up to 150 lbs and lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
    • Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, squatting, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

        • Gain practical knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures through hands-on experience.
        • Collaborate closely with warehouse managers to develop effective solutions to challenges while maintaining high quality standards.
        • Assist managers and their teams in achieving the distribution center’s daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
        • Evaluate opportunities for growth, cost reduction, damage reduction, and efficiency improvement.
        • Continuously enhance productivity targets and implement process improvements.
        • Complete internship projects, which may include, but are not limited to:
        1. Enhancing and revising training manuals.
        2. Developing new standard operating procedures for various warehouse processes.
        3. Conducting tests on new order packing methods and materials.
        4. Experimenting with new warehouse software processes.

The internship can be conducted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania , USA.
