- Gain practical knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures through hands-on experience.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse managers to develop effective solutions to challenges while maintaining high quality standards.
- Assist managers and their teams in achieving the distribution center’s daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Evaluate opportunities for growth, cost reduction, damage reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Continuously enhance productivity targets and implement process improvements.
- Complete internship projects, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Enhancing and revising training manuals.
- Developing new standard operating procedures for various warehouse processes.
- Conducting tests on new order packing methods and materials.
- Experimenting with new warehouse software processes.
