Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Have University degree in Business Administration.
  • Have University degree in HR administration.
  • Have University degree in Business Administration / public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Experience in workforce learning and development..
  • Prefect experience in use of computer / spreadsheet and database.
  • Experience in adult learning / training.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
  • Full-Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for contributing to the design / development / delivery, and evaluation of training, learning and development programmes.
  • Responsible for identifying need for new or modified training policies and practices.
  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training, learning and development activities.
  • Responsible for participating, where applicable, in recruitment activities ranging from job advertisement.
  • Responsible for preparing written reports for investigation teams on support recommendations.
  • Have the ability for conducting follow up calls for the purpose of collecting witnesses.
