Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Have University degree in Business Administration.
- Have University degree in HR administration.
- Have University degree in Business Administration / public relations.
Work Experiences:
- Experience in workforce learning and development..
- Prefect experience in use of computer / spreadsheet and database.
- Experience in adult learning / training.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in public health.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for contributing to the design / development / delivery, and evaluation of training, learning and development programmes.
- Responsible for identifying need for new or modified training policies and practices.
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training, learning and development activities.
- Responsible for participating, where applicable, in recruitment activities ranging from job advertisement.
- Responsible for preparing written reports for investigation teams on support recommendations.
- Have the ability for conducting follow up calls for the purpose of collecting witnesses.
