Responsibilities:

• Assist with single-game and group ticket sales, offering personalized recommendations and exceeding customer expectations.

• Generate leads and manage fan databases, contributing to effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Assist with gameday operations, including ticket scanning, ticket booth management, and handling cash transactions.
• Participate in community outreach events, promoting the Hot Tots and building fan engagement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the overall goals of the Ticket Sales and Service department.
