Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating various university events (conferences, workshops, seminars etc.)
  • Manage logistics such as scheduling, budgeting, and vendor communication
  • Prepare event materials and presentations
  • Assist with event set-up, execution, and breakdown
  • Maintain event documentation and records
  • May provide support to event attendees and guests
