Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (preferably with a focus on business administration, or a related field)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating various university events (conferences, workshops, seminars etc.)
- Manage logistics such as scheduling, budgeting, and vendor communication
- Prepare event materials and presentations
- Assist with event set-up, execution, and breakdown
- Maintain event documentation and records
- May provide support to event attendees and guests
