Payment Services Intern

Summary:

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major) or recent graduate (within the past year).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A desire to learn about the financial services industry and payment systems (a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing and maintaining various payment transactions, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in payment processing.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to payment activities.
• Assist with member inquiries related to payment services.
• Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
