Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major) or recent graduate (within the past year).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to learn about the financial services industry and payment systems (a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing and maintaining various payment transactions, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in payment processing.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to payment activities.
- Assist with member inquiries related to payment services.
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
