Role:

This role focuses on managing and recording information related to wombat mange cases, supporting effective communication and data analysis for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for animal welfare and environmental conservation (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming reports of wombat mange cases
  • Collect and record relevant case information, including location, details of the affected wombat(s), and treatment progress
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files electronically
  • Prepare reports and summaries of case data for stakeholders
  • Liaise with volunteers, landholders, and veterinarians involved in case management
  • Assist with managing and organizing case-related documentation and resources
  • May assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
