Role:
This role focuses on managing and recording information related to wombat mange cases, supporting effective communication and data analysis for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for animal welfare and environmental conservation (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming reports of wombat mange cases
- Collect and record relevant case information, including location, details of the affected wombat(s), and treatment progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files electronically
- Prepare reports and summaries of case data for stakeholders
- Liaise with volunteers, landholders, and veterinarians involved in case management
- Assist with managing and organizing case-related documentation and resources
- May assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
