Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major, with preference for supply chain, business, logistics management, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or related fields).
  • A minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred (transcripts will be requested).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A high degree of analytical skill.
  • Solid knowledge of the Windows operating system.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Support various supply chain functions through rotations across different departments (e.g., production planning, space utilization, labor optimization).
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, analyzing data and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects related to production planning, space optimization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis, and labor optimization.
  • Gain experience with manufacturing operations and supply chain software systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions, actively learning from industry professionals.
