Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major, with preference for supply chain, business, logistics management, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or related fields).
- A minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred (transcripts will be requested).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A high degree of analytical skill.
- Solid knowledge of the Windows operating system.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Support various supply chain functions through rotations across different departments (e.g., production planning, space utilization, labor optimization).
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, analyzing data and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to production planning, space optimization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis, and labor optimization.
- Gain experience with manufacturing operations and supply chain software systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions, actively learning from industry professionals.
