Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP) is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and implementing sourcing strategies for various materials and services required by Brink’s
  • Analyze supplier data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, managing communication with vendors
  • Support contract negotiations with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Assist with research and analysis of new technologies and sourcing solutions
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
