Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and implementing sourcing strategies for various materials and services required by Brink’s
- Analyze supplier data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, managing communication with vendors
- Support contract negotiations with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Assist with research and analysis of new technologies and sourcing solutions
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
