Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master degree in social and behavioral science.
- Bachelor’s degree in sociology / anthropology / psychology.
- Have University degree in education / communication / public relations.
- Have University degree in Partnership Management.
Work Experiences:
- Skilled-experience in social development programme planning.
- Prefect experience in social and behaviour change.
- Experience in communication for development / public advocacy.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in public health.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for generating and utilizing research / data / and evidence to inform the design / measurement and monitoring of SBC programs.
- Responsible for designing planning and implementing SBC activities that are backed by social and behavioural evidence and strong engagement.
- Responsible for supporting operationalization of SBC by advocating for SBC and mobilizing resources.
- Responsible for coordinating across stakeholders / sectors and teams, and partnership building.
- Responsible for promoting continuous learning / strengthening, and scaling up in SBC for both development and humanitarian contexts.
