Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Master degree in social and behavioral science.
  • Bachelor’s degree in sociology / anthropology / psychology.
  • Have University degree in education / communication / public relations.
  • Have University degree in Partnership Management.

Work Experiences:

  • Skilled-experience in social development programme planning.
  • Prefect experience in social and behaviour change.
  • Experience in communication for development / public advocacy.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
  • Full-Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for generating and utilizing research / data / and evidence to inform the design / measurement and monitoring of SBC programs.
  • Responsible for designing  planning and implementing SBC activities that are backed by social and behavioural evidence and strong engagement.
  • Responsible for supporting operationalization of SBC by advocating for SBC and mobilizing resources.
  • Responsible for coordinating across stakeholders / sectors and teams, and partnership building.
  • Responsible for promoting continuous learning / strengthening, and scaling up in SBC for both development and humanitarian contexts.
