Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Work Experiences:
- 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- Experience defining and developing product strategies.
- Prior experience managing the full product life-cycle.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- Experienced in risk assessment, fraud detection, or policy design.
- Experience working on e-commerce platforms/products.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Lead Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., Engineers, Program Managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiple teams.
- Drive development and secure buy-in for a product goal that identifies defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction.
- Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business).
- Identify, analyze, and understand what makes for a trustworthy shopping experience.
- Implement new product ideas in experiments, and measure results with experimentation and metrics towards the Shopping goal.
