Bridge Program (TBP) Fellowship

Afara Initiative The Bridge Fellowship Program 2024

A highly selected fellowship program, the Bridge Program seeks out and nurtures changemakers to increase Nigeria’s capacity for leadership in a variety of fields. After a rigorous four-week boot camp, the fellowship offers ongoing training, mentorship, resources, and opportunities to help fellows build successful leadership careers. Every year, we invite fifty young leaders with great promise who are either freshmen or sophomores in college to become members of the network. The Bridge fellows join a vast network of potential leaders and nation-builders who will daringly alter Nigeria’s economic landscape.
