Bureau Veritas is seeking a driven Scheduler/Customer Communications Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating schedules, ensuring clear communication with clients, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business administration, communication, or a related field (or have recently graduated).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information to clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule inspections and audits according to client needs and inspector availability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records.
  • Prepare and distribute pre-inspection/audit information to clients.
  • Follow up with clients after inspections/audits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling and customer communications.
