In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating schedules, ensuring clear communication with clients, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business administration, communication, or a related field (or have recently graduated).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information to clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule inspections and audits according to client needs and inspector availability.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records.
- Prepare and distribute pre-inspection/audit information to clients.
- Follow up with clients after inspections/audits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling and customer communications.
