Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (minimum of 12 credits completed within the last year).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in business-to-business (B2B) sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear presentations and effective customer interaction.
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing automation tools (a plus).

Responsibilities (May vary depending on the specific internship project)

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and industry trends.
  • Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote ITW products and services.
  • Create engaging sales and marketing content, such as social media posts, presentations, or email campaigns.
