Qualifications:

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in computer systems, audio/video equipment operation, and broadcasting software (Tricaster, OBS, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented & Quick Learner: Meticulous with execution and eager to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Problem-solving skills: Can troubleshoot technical issues effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong Communicator: Collaborates effectively with the video production team, players, and coaches.
  • Passionate about Baseball: Possesses a genuine enthusiasm for the game and the Waterloo Bucks organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage gameday broadcast technology, including the Tricaster video switcher, audio mixer, and graphics software.
  • Create and cue graphics, replays, and highlights throughout the game.
  • Ensure smooth live streaming of games to the Northwoods League TV network and Bucks’ social media platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain all video equipment.
  • Assist with pre-game and post-game broadcasts, setting up and tearing down equipment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the broader video production team.
