- Problem-solving skills: Can troubleshoot technical issues effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong Communicator: Collaborates effectively with the video production team, players, and coaches.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage gameday broadcast technology, including the Tricaster video switcher, audio mixer, and graphics software.
- Create and cue graphics, replays, and highlights throughout the game.
- Ensure smooth live streaming of games to the Northwoods League TV network and Bucks’ social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain all video equipment.
- Assist with pre-game and post-game broadcasts, setting up and tearing down equipment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the broader video production team.
