Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering, science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and analyzing customer complaints related to BD medical devices
• Participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify potential product issues
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Support with developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Assist in ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training to gain a comprehensive understanding of BD’s quality processes
