Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering, science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and analyzing customer complaints related to BD medical devices
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify potential product issues
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Support with developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Assist in ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in training to gain a comprehensive understanding of BD’s quality processes
