Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/engineering.
  • Have a university degree in Construction Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management.
  • Have University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Work Experience in providing contracts management in the areas of large and complex construction.
  • Work Experience in renovation projects in international or multinational environments.
  • Experience in United Nations public procurement rules and regulations.
  • Work Experience in processing claims and change orders in a construction environment.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
  • Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Having a knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for supporting the contracts management officer with the development.
  • Responsible for managing contract changes and supporting the preparation of contract amendments.
  • Responsible for participating in contract review meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing contract compliance checklists.
  • Responsible for providing input to statements of works, requirements.
