Description:
Qualification:
- Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related.
- Minimum GPA of 2.7.
- Completed freshman year of courses
Responsibilities:
- Identify current sources of lost uptime in the Molding process.
- Analyze data and gather information to understand the causes of downtime.
- Collaborate with the Molding team to develop solutions aimed at improving line uptime.
- Implement identified solutions and measure their effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Molding team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of uptime improvement initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to share findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the Molding department.

- Self-starter and highly motivated.
- Previous internship experience (preferred).
