Qualification:

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.7.
  • Completed freshman year of courses

Responsibilities:

  • Identify current sources of lost uptime in the Molding process.
  • Analyze data and gather information to understand the causes of downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Molding team to develop solutions aimed at improving line uptime.
  • Implement identified solutions and measure their effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Molding team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of uptime improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to share findings and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the Molding department.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Previous internship experience (preferred).
