Qualification:

Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related.
Minimum GPA of 2.7.
Completed freshman year of courses

Responsibilities:

Identify current sources of lost uptime in the Molding process.
Analyze data and gather information to understand the causes of downtime.
Collaborate with the Molding team to develop solutions aimed at improving line uptime.
Implement identified solutions and measure their effectiveness.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Molding team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of uptime improvement initiatives.
Participate in meetings and discussions to share findings and recommendations.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the Molding department.

Preferred Skills:

Strong organizational skills.
Self-starter and highly motivated.
Previous internship experience (preferred).
