Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accounting program at a technical school, college, or university.
- Interest in pursuing a career in public accounting.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to interact with the team and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in various tax preparation and accounting tasks, including preparation of 1099s and individual (1040) and business tax returns.
- Gain exposure to different areas of public accounting.
- Assist senior accountants with research, data analysis, and other project-related tasks.
- Develop and refine your accounting skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
