Responsibilities

  • Understand and follow lockout/tagout, confined space, and hot work permit procedures.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Utilize mechanical drawings and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Assist with installing, modifying, and updating equipment as needed.
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Participate in inventory management and assist with ordering parts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and learn about Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
