Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social affairs, communication, public information, civil society, and local governance).
  • Proficiency in English and Dari (both written and spoken).

Work Experiences:

  • Facilitate the establishment of village literacy committees.
  • Capacity building of community mobilizers.
  • Collaborate with the National Mobilization Technical Working Group.
  • Increase access to and demand for youth and adult literacy and basic education.
  • Support information sharing, research, and community assessment surveys.
  • Contribute to the development of a mobilization strategy.
