Education & Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social affairs, communication, public information, civil society, and local governance).
- Proficiency in English and Dari (both written and spoken).
Work Experiences:
- Facilitate the establishment of village literacy committees.
- Capacity building of community mobilizers.
- Collaborate with the National Mobilization Technical Working Group.
- Increase access to and demand for youth and adult literacy and basic education.
- Support information sharing, research, and community assessment surveys.
- Contribute to the development of a mobilization strategy.
