Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field (minimum sophomore year preferred for internships, full-time enrollment for co-ops)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing software (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior marketing professionals with various tasks, including social media content creation, email marketing campaigns, and market research.
  • Gain exposure to different marketing channels relevant to the construction industry, such as digital marketing, print advertising, and community events (potential).
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for new Fischer Homes communities (as applicable).
  • Analyze marketing data and contribute to reporting on campaign performance (as appropriate).
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations (potential).
