Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Have University degree in Business Administration, HR administration, or Business Administration / public relations

Work Experiences:

  • Experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Prefect experience in use of computer / spreadsheet and database.
  •  Good ability to conceptualize ideas and advocate consensus.
  • Good in Presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
  • Full-Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for providing intellectual leadership in the design and management of organizational transformation priorities.
  • Responsible for leading the human resources function and the ongoing HR transformation.
  • Responsible for drafting routine correspondences / fills out Personnel Action Forms and other forms.
  • Responsible for participating, where applicable, in recruitment activities ranging from job advertisement.
  • Responsible for preparing written reports for investigation teams on support recommendations.
  • Have the ability for conducting follow up calls for the purpose of collecting witnesses.
