Qualifications:

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Possess a meticulous approach to managing data, deadlines, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Analytical & Proactive Thinker: Analyze complex scheduling demands, anticipating potential challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling software, and open to learning new technologies quickly.
  • Passion for Golf (Preferred): While not mandatory, an interest in golf and the HJGT mission can provide an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather information on available golf courses across the US.
  • Evaluate course suitability based on tournament requirements, player needs, and logistical feasibility.
  • Develop and maintain detailed course schedules for all HJGT tournaments throughout the season.
  • Communicate effectively with course representatives, tournament directors, and golfers regarding scheduling inquiries and adjustments.
  • Manage waitlists and registration processes for tournaments, ensuring fairness and efficiency.
  • Analyze scheduling data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Assist with other scheduling-related tasks as assigned by the Course Scheduling & Events Manager.
