Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information on available golf courses across the US.
- Evaluate course suitability based on tournament requirements, player needs, and logistical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain detailed course schedules for all HJGT tournaments throughout the season.
- Communicate effectively with course representatives, tournament directors, and golfers regarding scheduling inquiries and adjustments.
- Manage waitlists and registration processes for tournaments, ensuring fairness and efficiency.
- Analyze scheduling data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Assist with other scheduling-related tasks as assigned by the Course Scheduling & Events Manager.
