- Listen attentively to customer issues, analyze their concerns, and offer strategic solutions.
- Ensure customers have the most up-to-date information regarding their order status.
- Effectively communicate product or service issues within the Customer Solutions department and other relevant departments.
- Cultivate a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all internal and external communications.
- Adapt to changes and remain flexible as the company continues to grow.
- Demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking to position The Restaurant Store as an industry leader in online food service.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the food service industry and the products we offer.
- Engage with customers via email and chat, assisting them with order status inquiries and providing product support.
- Guide customers through the website, offering online shopping assistance and product recommendations.
