Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (ideally pursuing a degree in Business Administration,Marketing, Customer Operations, Communications, or a related field).
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A keen interest in the information security field (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing support to members through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist with processing member inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting to measure customer success metrics.
  • Support with the development and implementation of customer success initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to different areas of customer success, such as account management and retention strategies (as available).
  • Participate in other duties as assigned by the Customer Success Operations Manager.
