Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (ideally pursuing a degree in Business Administration,Marketing, Customer Operations, Communications, or a related field).
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A keen interest in the information security field (a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Provide ongoing support to members through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist with processing member inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting to measure customer success metrics.
- Support with the development and implementation of customer success initiatives.
- Gain exposure to different areas of customer success, such as account management and retention strategies (as available).
- Participate in other duties as assigned by the Customer Success Operations Manager.
