Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skills preferred.

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and collection practices a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze invoices and customer accounts to identify potential collection issues.
  • Research and contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
  • Process payments and update customer accounts.
  • Generate reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
  • Assist with creditworthiness assessments and risk management procedures.
  • Contribute to other credit and collections projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor in all interactions.
