Responsibilities

• Participate in due diligence calls and meetings with potential corporate clients

• Assist with managing data rooms for loan applications, ensuring completeness and organization
• Conduct research and analysis of existing clients’ financial data, including financial statements, tax returns, and collateral
• Participate in market research and competitive analysis of the Dallas business landscape
• Contribute to the preparation of investment due diligence reports and recommendations
• Compile data, prepare reports, and analyze the performance of Prosperity Bank’s existing corporate clients
