Responsibilities
- Participate in due diligence calls and meetings with potential corporate clients
- Assist in preparing financial models to assess loan viability
- Assist with managing data rooms for loan applications, ensuring completeness and organization
- Conduct research and analysis of existing clients’ financial data, including financial statements, tax returns, and collateral
- Participate in market research and competitive analysis of the Dallas business landscape
- Contribute to the preparation of investment due diligence reports and recommendations
- Compile data, prepare reports, and analyze the performance of Prosperity Bank’s existing corporate clients
