Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics, such as securing supplies and equipment
  • Assist with department moves and classroom organization
  • Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, or event best practices
  • Compile research findings into clear and concise reports
  • Assist in planning and executing campus events, rentals, meetings, and workshops
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address inquiries promptly
