This summer internship at Milton Academy provides a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated student to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced educational environment. You’ll assist the Campus Services and Events team with various tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the academy and supporting a vibrant school community.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Assist with general office tasks like filing, data entry, and document organization
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Coordinate event logistics, such as securing supplies and equipment
- Assist with department moves and classroom organization
- Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, or event best practices
- Compile research findings into clear and concise reports
- Assist in planning and executing campus events, rentals, meetings, and workshops
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address inquiries promptly
