Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Actively pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

  • Displays high integrity and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
