Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in maintaining positive customer relations and satisfaction by handling phone calls, emails, and managing client accounts.
  • Manage calendars and appointments to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Enter customer information accurately into our CRM software.
  • Update spreadsheets and databases with relevant non-financial statistical data.
  • Develop skills in effectively handling objections and resolving customer complaints.
