Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in computer science, information technology, or a related field (an associate’s degree may be considered for some programs)
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing excellent user support
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of technical issues
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
- Assist with maintaining and updating knowledge base articles
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical expertise
- Follow established IT policies and procedures
