The international office collaborates with governments, non-governmental organizations “NGOs”, and other partners for ensuring a coherent and effective response to humanitarian challenges. OCHA plays a crucial role in providing timely and organized assistance, advocating for the protection of civilians, and enhancing the overall efficiency of humanitarian operations around the world.

Education & Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics.
  • University degree in public relations.

Work Experience:

  • Experience in planning and designing computer systems.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of computer systems.
  • Experience in the maintenance of computer information systems.
  • Excellent experience in client relationship management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the missions and goals of NGOs.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, including establishing and monitoring contractual agreements.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with ongoing projects.
  • Manage projects involving feasibility studies and systems analysis.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex systems.
  • Develop detailed system specifications and user documentation for major systems.
  • Organize and perform unit and integrated testing.
