Education & Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics.
- University degree in public relations.
Work Experience:
- Experience in planning and designing computer systems.
- Experience in the development and implementation of computer systems.
- Experience in the maintenance of computer information systems.
- Excellent experience in client relationship management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the missions and goals of NGOs.
Languages:
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, including establishing and monitoring contractual agreements.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with ongoing projects.
- Manage projects involving feasibility studies and systems analysis.
- Design, develop, and implement complex systems.
- Develop detailed system specifications and user documentation for major systems.
- Organize and perform unit and integrated testing.
