Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Understanding of social science.
  • Understanding of public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Professional experience in working in human resources management.
  • Professional experience in business administration.
  • Perfect experience in human rights.
  • Experience in international criminal law investigations.
  •  Good ability to conceptualize ideas and advocate consensus.
  • Good in Presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full knowledge of understanding of the NGO’s missions and goals.
  • Knowledge of international public relations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for providing advice and support to the Chief of SDOS and the Resident Coordinator’s efforts on sourcing talent.
  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of the UN Secretariat’s strategies on geographical diversity.
  • Responsible for establishing focal points from the Government to work in close partnership with the UN Secretariat on talent outreach and talent sourcing.
  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends or patterns and provide insights through graphs.
  • Responsible for developing training programs for applicants on writing and interview skills to help nationals.
